The calculation models covered wage replacement using published rules. It does not determine whether a separation, injury, leave reason, employer or worker qualifies. Past wages alone do not establish eligibility.
Important exclusions
Taxes, offsets, overpayments, child support, contested claims, extended benefits and unusual wage histories may change a payment. Workers’ compensation results cover temporary wage replacement, not settlements, impairment awards or medical benefits.
