October 3, 2026 - Rhode Island and Utah drafts
Added current source-linked draft estimates for Rhode Island and Utah. Rhode Island follows the enacted extension of partial benefits and models proportional child allowances. Utah applies its five-dollar rate reduction and whole-week duration credits. Both remain under source review; missing and expired rules continue to show agency guidance without an unsupported amount.
October 3, 2026 - Oklahoma, South Carolina and South Dakota
South Carolina and South Dakota ordinary unemployment now use current reviewed rules. Oklahoma has current amount cases but remains under source review. New Hampshire applies its fixed 37.5-hour weekly limit. Other program coverage remains in progress.
October 3, 2026 — Nebraska and New Hampshire
Nebraska ordinary UI now uses the current annual limits, distinct-quarter wage tests and even-dollar weekly-rate rounding; partial payments still round to a whole dollar. New Hampshire has the exact statutory wage table and partial-work rules, with current contact and tax guidance still under review. Current snapshots pause after December 31.
October 3, 2026 — Michigan, Mississippi and Missouri source review
Reviewed current ordinary limits, covered-wage qualification, partial earnings and benefit credits. Michigan adds approved dependents before rate rounding and uses half-week credits. Mississippi applies its forty-dollar earnings allowance, and Missouri caps quarterly credits using the claimant’s own weekly rate. Current filing, waiting, search and source-review deadlines are included.
October 3, 2026 — Louisiana and Maine source review
Reviewed current limits, wage requirements, partial earnings and procedural guidance for both states. Louisiana separates statutory benefit credits from its ordinary twelve-week limit and applies the current half-rate earnings allowance. Maine uses the current indexed allowance and separate child supplements, retaining fractional caps until final weekly payment rounding. Both records pause outside their dated review windows.
October 3, 2026 — Kentucky source review
Reviewed current ordinary weekly limits, the total-wage formula and all four wage requirements, including chronological recent quarters. Partial payments subtract the rounded 80% earnings deduction and apply the statutory gross cutoff. The current sixteen-week classification, registration, biweekly requests, search, waiting-week exhaustion, previous-rate repeat-work and tax guidance are sourced. The combined review window ends December 31 before the next January duration update.
October 3, 2026 — Kansas draft
Added current annual weekly limits, the highest-quarter percentage and wage requirements, ordinary handbook balance and exact partial earnings rules. The original rate and award are reproduced. Three published state unemployment rates support the current sixteen-week ceiling; the snapshot ends October 19 before the next release. Partial and temporary credit accounting and near-quarter period selection remain under review. Current filing, search, reemployment and tax guidance is sourced. Percentage receipts show unrounded rates.
October 2, 2026 — Iowa draft
Added the five current dependency divisors and weekly ranges, separate-quarter wage qualification, ordinary sixteen-rate/one-third-wage balance and the partial gross cutoff fifteen dollars above the selected rate. The current handbook’s whole-dollar partial example is reproduced. Conflicting cents deduction and fractional-credit handling pause affected estimates. IowaWORKS, current search, certification and tax guidance is sourced. Draft new-claim limits run through July 3, 2027. Embedded recalculation now retains entered quarters and dependents.
October 2, 2026 — Indiana draft
Added the fixed annual-average wage calculation, current ordinary weekly limits, chronological recent-quarter qualification and the $100 partial earnings allowance. Working weeks use your entered agreed regular schedule. Missing schedule inputs and unresolved cents payments pause for agency confirmation. Current filing, registration, work-search and tax guidance is sourced. Draft rules have a December 31 review deadline.
October 2, 2026 — Idaho draft
Added current weekly limits, downward rate and partial-payment rounding, wage qualification and current filing, work-search and tax guidance. The statutory duration table is recorded, but the official forecast remains under review. Only its ten-week row common to every rate band can be estimated; other eligible histories and gaps in the printed intervals pause. Annual rates require review after January 2, 2027.
October 2, 2026 — Hawaii source review
Reviewed the published 2026 limit, upward weekly and partial-payment rounding, wage qualification and ordinary twenty-six-rate balance. Partial earnings use a $150 allowance with a strict gross cutoff and applicable full-time limit. Current filing, work-registration and tax guidance is sourced. Annual review pauses future amounts after December 31.
October 2, 2026 — District of Columbia draft
Added upward weekly-rate rounding, statutory wage-shortfall reductions and a twenty-six-rate benefit balance. Partial payments use a $50 benefit offset and exactly 66% of gross earnings. Current filing, work-search, certification and tax guidance is sourced. The maximum-wage threshold requires review; estimates in the disputed range pause, with a conservative December 31 deadline.
October 2, 2026 — Delaware draft
Added the two-highest-quarter /46 formula and current $20-$450 limits, ordinary wage tests, half-rate earnings allowance and downward payment/balance rounding. Current benefits have no unpaid waiting week after the January 2017 sunset. The form explains per-employer reporting amounts. Low-wage duration and employer-attached payroll periods remain under review; draft amounts have a conservative December 31 deadline.
October 2, 2026 — Colorado draft
Added chronological consecutive-quarter wages with separate $804/$884 method limits, current wage qualification, the 50% partial allowance and fixed 32-hour gate. The calculation receipt shows the statutory quarterly wage-credit ceiling for duration. The federal duration range and current claim-start timing remain under review; cards and API metadata disclose the gap. Current statute repealed the waiting week July 7, 2025. Draft amounts have a conservative June 30, 2027 review deadline.
October 2, 2026 — Arkansas draft
Added the four-quarter wage average, exact agency table boundaries and downward weekly/payment rounding. Arkansas checks two paid quarters and 35 weekly rates in total wages, ignores 40% of the rate for partial earnings and enforces a fixed 40-hour limit. Current guidance uses LAUNCH, five reported work-search activities and the enacted ten-times repeat-claim test. Total-award rounding and the federal low-wage duration range remain under review; result cards and API metadata disclose the gap. Current draft amounts have a conservative December 31 review deadline.
October 2, 2026 — Arizona review
Arizona ordinary unemployment amounts are reviewed through October 14. The calculator checks two alternative covered-wage routes, the $160 earnings allowance and nearest-dollar rounding. Its current 24-week ceiling can change on existing claims when the quarterly unemployment trigger changes; the next complete-quarter publication requires a fresh review. Agency actions now open the CACTUS portal.

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington unemployment completed source and agency-case reviews. The changes include exact wage brackets, state-specific rounding, construction classification, separate dependency balances, partial earnings limits and benefit-balance rounding. Illinois calculates earnings deductions before allowances and rounds partial payments up; its state page shows the two-week certification schedule. Massachusetts keeps allowances outside its regular balance and partial earnings deduction. Its reviewed new-benefit-year period ends October 3; current estimates pause until the next rates are reviewed. Pennsylvania adds established full-time wage comparisons, lower qualifying rates and upward partial-credit rounding, with a reviewed annual period through December 31. Minnesota compares its two wage methods, floors the balance and enforces the 32-hour limit. Its current new-account rates run through October 24. Payable-week copy allows a smaller final payment, and partial cards explain zero payments. Oregon adds its industry full-time threshold, covered-hours alternative and current minimum-wage earnings disregard; its combined rule period ends June 26, 2027. Added New Jersey’s whole-dollar partial-benefit allowance and qualifying-week guidance, Oregon’s covered-hours qualification route and Texas’s published partial-payment cases and deferred waiting-week guidance. Nevada’s draft adds its three-quarter alternative, two-thirds earnings deduction and whole-dollar balance rounding; first-week timing and the lower qualifying-rate procedure remain under review. Georgia’s draft adds its alternate rate, recent-quarter base period and nearest-dollar payments and weekly-rate balance rounding, with a December 31 filing-period end. A low-balance duration discrepancy remains under review. North Carolina’s draft uses the last two chronological quarters, enforces the computed $15 floor and keeps exact partial earnings. Its current qualifying-wage threshold and partial-work conditions remain under review, with a December 31 filing-period guard. Ohio’s draft adds qualifying-week rounding and balance limits, dependency classes and current work, certification and tax guidance. Six agency amount cases pass. The current qualifying-wage threshold and intermediate cap remain under review; requests needing the missing cap pause without an amount. The annual guard ends December 26. Alabama’s new draft adds the restored 26 divisor, exact-half-down rate rounding and one-third partial allowance, with current registration, certification and tax guidance. Its duration trigger and quarter selection remain under review, with a December 31 snapshot deadline. Alaska adds the exact 159-row wage schedule, concentrated-wage adjustment, 16-26 week wage-ratio duration, separate child allowances and upward partial payments. Low-earnings full-time weeks preserve the form and agency actions without an unsupported amount. Its current schedule has a December 31 review deadline.
